The Canadian Red Cross is still making grants to non-profit organizations who are assisting vulnerable Canadians dealing with COVID. If you are a non-profit that is not a charity you can apply here. For registered charities, you can apply at either the United Way or Community Foundations of Canada. Here is a PDF illustrating the granting programs from CRCS, CFC and UWC.
