Corporations Canada continues with dissolution of CNCA corporations that have not filed annual return for 3 years

About 10,000 CNCA corporations that have not filed their annual returns in the last 3 years will be dissolved.  Here are below some further approximately 235 names of corporations that have been dissolved.  We have discussed this topic in multiple previous blogs.  If a registered charity is dissolved it will eventually lose its charitable status with the CRA.

Certificates of Dissolution (NFP) – Section 222

Title: Notice of Intent to Dissolve by Corporations Canada (NFP)

This is notice under paragraph 222(2) of the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act that Corporations Canada intends to dissolve the corporations shown on this list. The corporations will be dissolved unless cause to the contrary is provided within 120 days of the date of the notice that was sent to the corporation. To verify a corporation’s current status under the NFP: Search for a federal corporation.
