I am pleased to see CRA doing webinars on avoiding scams. The information is below. I hope that the CRA does a lot more webinars on topics relating to charities. This is more of a general topic below. Webinars are a relatively inexpensive and accessible way to reach a large number of people. Hopefully, the Charities Directorate, in particular, will increase the number of webinars and the topics they cover, so that those who are involved with charities will understand more about CRA’s position on a number of different issues. Next time you are speaking to the Charities Directorate, let them know what sort of webinars would be helpful for your group.
