Jewish Foundation of Greater Toronto (Re), 2023 ONCA 268 – Ontario Court of Appeal rejects attempt to put charity in bankruptcy

We had blogged before about a donor advised fund case involving the Jewish Foundation and a donor. Here is an appeal decision of the Ontario Court of Appeal on another related case but this time dealing with bankruptcy involving the same donor to the charity: Jewish Foundation of Greater Toronto (Re), 2023 ONCA 268. The Ontario Court of Appeal rejected the appeal.
