The new forms for the Ontario Not-For-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA) were released on October 18, 2021. ONCA and the new Ontario Business Registry (OBR) will be launched at 9am today.

5272E ONCA – Articles of Amalgamation
5273E ONCA – Restated Articles of Incorporation
5274E ONCA – Articles of Continuance
5275E ONCA – Authorization to Continue Out of the NFPCA
5276E ONCA – Articles of Arrangement
5277E ONCA – Articles of Reorganization
5278E ONCA – Articles of Dissolution
Although articles of incorporation may be processed on the same day, other transactions may require between 5-15 business days.
