There has been a new update to Ontario accounts on the OBR. The ONe-Key ID account (which many of you have been using to access a corporation’s profile on the OBR) has been replaced with a My Ontario Account.
You can create a new My Ontario Account on the OBR here: https://www.ontario.ca/page/ontario-business-registry (Just scroll down under Step 2. Log in to My Ontario Account).
Once created, you can migrate your new My Ontario Account to your existing ONe-Key ID account so you will not lose any draft forms/applications and links to organizations that you had.
Creating a new account and migrating it to your existing account is fairly straightforward and quick.
