We are pleased to see that some of the documents that we are receiving from the Ontario government are now formatted correctly.
ONCA and the new Ontario Business Registry came into effect on October 19, 2021. To our surprise, when documents were filed under ONCA they were formatted and when the documents where returned they did not look at all like what was filed. Essentially, all the formatting had been stripped away, and there was a big multi-page blob of text which was very hard to read or understand.
We just received back a Certificate of Amendment that is properly formatted and hopefully, all documents from the OBR system will be properly formatted.
