In the Federal Budget on April 7, 2022, there were announcements that will impact how Canadian charities deal with non-qualified donees in Canada and outside of Canada. There was also an increase in the disbursement quota announced. We will discuss these announcements, what is not yet known and how they will impact Canadian charities.
