ATIP disclosure information updates – March 2023

We recently received a number of copies of Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) disclosure packages. Here are the details of the copies we received with a brief description of the ATIP request:

CRA ATIP disclosure package relating to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Canada CRA ATIP disclosure package relating to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Canada received March 12, 2023, regarding: Recent audited financial statements; all internal Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) emails mentioning the named charity, and all correspondence with it from January 2019 to April 5, 2022.

CRA ATIP disclosure package relating to the Advisory Committee on the Charitable Sector (ACCS) received March 12, 2023, regarding: Copy of briefing notes entitled, “Report on the charities program 2020-2021”, dated March 4, 2022 (Ref #CRA-2022-000045), “Renewal and Appointment of Members of the Independent Advisory Board on Eligibility for Journalism Tax Measures” dated Feb 14, 2022 (Ref #CRA-2022-000086), and “Selection Process for New Members and CO-Chairs for the Advisory Committee on the Charitable Sector” dated Jan 20, 2022 (Ref #CRA-2022-000013).

CMHC ATIP release package relating to CMHC funding in Quebec received March 13, 2023, relating to the following request: We are requesting a list with the names and contact information (street address, email address, telephone number) of all non-profit housing organizations as well as active housing cooperatives that receive or have received funding from CMHC. We are requesting a list for the following programs: Initial funding, Loan guarantee, National Housing Co-Investment Fund, Preservation funding for community housing, Federal Community Housing Initiative, Affordable Housing Innovation Fund, Housing Co-Investment Fund – Revitalization, Rental Construction Financing, Rapid Housing Initiative (RHI) including names and contact information (street address, email address, telephone number) of all existing non-profit housing organizations and housing co-ops, who have received funding from CMHC for the Province of Quebec since 1990.

RCMP ATIP records package relating to CTIO received March 16, 2023, regarding: Please provide documents related to the Counter-terrorism Information Officer (CTIO) training session that took place in the calendar year 2013. In addition to the details mentioned above.
